Who we are

This policy covers this website and our text message program: what we collect when you request a demo or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Shops that use the pdrOS platform are also covered by the platform's own privacy policy at pdrosapp.com/privacy.
Information we collect
What you give us: your shop's name, your name, phone number and email address; what you tell us about your shop and what you want to see; and, if you consent to text messages, that consent and the number it applies to.
What the website records: basic technical information such as browser type, the pages visited and the time of the visit, used only to keep the site working.
How we use it
- To set up and run the demo or call you asked for, and to prepare it with your shop's numbers.
- To contact you about it by phone, email and, if you asked for it, text message.
- To answer the questions you send us.
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and your consent, we send non-marketing text messages about the demo or call you booked: a confirmation, reminders, the meeting link, rescheduling, and replies to questions you text us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to text messages is optional and is not a condition of booking a demo or of buying anything from us.
Sharing your information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use software providers to run our office, such as scheduling, email, text messaging and video meeting services. They process your information on our behalf and under our instructions, and for no other purpose.
We may disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. The demo request form is a plain form that opens an email to us; it sets nothing. We do not track you across other websites.
Keeping it safe
Your details are kept in password-protected systems with access limited to the people arranging your demo. We keep them for as long as we are in contact about pdrOS and our record-keeping obligations require, then delete them.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message and we stop texting that number.
- Email hello@pdrosapp.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, subject to the records we are required to keep.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
