Text messages about your demo

Tick the box on the demo request form if you want text messages from Michael Joseph Brand, doing business as pdrOS, about the demo or call you booked. It is optional.

How you say yes

On the demo request form there is a separate, unchecked box. Ticking it means you agree to this, word for word:

“I consent to receive non-marketing, transactional text messages from Michael Joseph Brand, doing business as pdrOS, about the demo or call I booked: a confirmation, reminders, rescheduling, the meeting link, and replies to questions I text. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.”

You can request a demo without ticking it. Some demos are booked on the phone; before we ever send a text in that case, we ask this:

“Is it OK if we text you about your demo from pdrOS: the confirmation, a reminder and the meeting link? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out.”

If you say yes, we note it on your record. If you say no, everything comes by phone and email, and nothing about your demo changes.

What we send

• A confirmation of the day and time
• A reminder before the demo or call
• The meeting link
• Rescheduling, if either side needs to move it
• Replies to questions you text us about it
